Sunday start time is now 09:30hr and finish at 13:00hr approx. after a 40 mile training route.

i'm just trying out the features of the web page -

anyway the 'Training routes' link is great and we need to add some more (I prefer route3 but in the opposite order i.e. caarrick->sherock->canningstown->coothill->ballybay->home) this is about 47miles I think...i need to buy a speedo!

also an agreement on have 2 groups; fast bunch can break for home when they wish so long as weaker individuals do not get stranded on their own but have a core group to keep the 'motivation' levels up

maybe the idea that one of the fast bunch stay behind to lead has some merit
