Showers are available on return to the centre. The course is tough in places with some hard climbing it all kicks off at Jenkinstown hill. The next climb is to the top of black Mtn very difficult for the first 1.5k then at the bend it gets a bit better. Things calm down but watch for gravel on the descents. The next challange will be Slieve Gullion and then Keady<br /> Once over them its flat all the way home.
